Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Email Tools ("we," "us," or "this site") collects when you visit aiemailtools.ca, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. AI Email Tools is operated by Scott Holmes / Pinnacle Tech Projects. We are the party responsible for your personal information under this policy.

In plain terms: We don't sell your data and we don't ask you to create an account. We use standard analytics and advertising cookies to understand traffic and fund the site. You can turn those off, and we tell you how below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect very little, and none of it requires you to register.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical data, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is typical server and analytics log data.

Information you give us

If you email us (for example, at our contact address), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

We do not operate user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account numbers, or government IDs) through this site.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising cookies using the links in the Advertising section below. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not stop you from reading the site.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address and on-site activity on our behalf. We use this data in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.

You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Learn more at Google's "How Google uses information from sites that use our services".

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We display ads through Google AdSense to fund the site. Here is what you should know:

If you are in a region that requires consent for advertising cookies (such as the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), Google's consent mechanisms apply and you may be asked to make a choice before personalized ads are shown.

5. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases:

7. Who We Share Information With

We share data only with the service providers that make this site work, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

Canadian visitors have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access and correct their personal information. To exercise any right, email us at hello@aiemailtools.ca. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Data Retention

We keep analytics and log data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymized in line with our providers' standard retention periods. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.

10. International Data Transfers

Our providers (including Cloudflare and Google) may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of your region, those providers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

11. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers and serve the site over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we handle.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here; please check back periodically.
