This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Email Tools ("we," "us," or "this site") collects when you visit aiemailtools.ca, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep analytics and log data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymized in line with our providers' standard retention periods. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.
Our providers (including Cloudflare and Google) may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of your region, those providers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
